Reservations and messages
We use the contact and reservation details you provide to respond to inquiries, arrange your stay, collect payments, and send related guest communications. Stripe processes payments; Hostaway manages reservations. Identity photos are stored privately for identity verification and are accessible only to authorized retreat team members.
If you opt in to text messages at checkout, we use your mobile number only to send the booking confirmations, stay details, and guest-care messages you agreed to receive. We will not share, sell, or rent mobile information or SMS consent to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Advertising measurement
Meta uses advertising cookies and receives page and accommodation activity, searches, checkout starts, successful inquiry signals, booking identifiers, paid booking value and full reservation value for advertising measurement and optimization. Meta also receives browser information, page addresses and network addresses. No names, emails, phone numbers, ID photos or inquiry text are sent to Meta. Accept or reject Meta measurement; change or withdraw your choice anytime in Cookie settings. Google measurement is unchanged by this Meta-only choice.
Google Analytics and Google Ads measure website and booking activity. Meta Pixel measures page views, accommodation views, availability searches, checkout starts, successful inquiries and confirmed paid bookings. Server verification confirms the booking outcome before its browser event. Meta Conversions API transmission is currently disabled; we do not add customer matching information. Purchase value is the full verified reservation value, with the amount actually paid reported separately; the damage deposit hold is excluded. Each reservation counts once, not again for edits or later balance payments.
Permitted Meta events can include a browser user agent, an event identifier, the page address without guest details, accommodation identifiers and verified booking value and currency. Meta may receive the browser’s network address and set its own advertising cookies through the Pixel. We do not send customer matching identifiers, ID photos, inquiry text or payment-card details to Meta.
A Meta-only consent banner appears in regions requiring consent and when location cannot be determined. Meta stays off there until you accept; unresolved locations remain blocked even after acceptance. Elsewhere Meta measurement is enabled unless you refuse or an applicable opt-out, including Global Privacy Control, applies. Google retains its existing no-banner regional behavior and remains off in consent-required or unresolved regions. Ad clicks and impressions count regardless of your choice. We record your Meta choice, region, time and notice version; withdrawal preserves earlier acceptance evidence. Previously blocked events are not replayed.
Privacy settings
You can stop new Meta advertising measurement in this browser. This choice applies only to Meta; Google Analytics and Google Ads retain their existing regional measurement behavior. It does not prevent you from booking or contacting us, or erase information already received by Meta. A browser or device change requires a separate choice.
